Child Health and Parenting Service (CHaPS) child development guides

With the escalation in health services required to meet the current demands of the pandemic, parents and carers may experience extended wait times to access Child Health appointments for children 2 years and over. The following fact sheets have been prepared by Child and Family Health Nurses and are designed to give you an overview of your child’s development at this age, plus advice on when you may need to seek additional support. If you have any concerns, don’t wait — talk to your GP or phone 1300 064 544 to speak with a Child and Family Health Nurse. Visit the CHaPS website for more information.
